Actress Melissa Peterman, aged 51, recently joined fellow TV moms Alison Sweeney (46) and Jo Marie Payton (72) on the Sherri Shephard show for the “Momma Knows Best,” panel. During the session, she shared the most embarrassing thing she has ever done to her kids.

“Right now, he’s (Peterman’s teenage son) at the age where my mere existence embarrasses him, but what I would say he hates the most is I want to text other parents. I believe in checking in and going this is what the plans are, this is what they’re doing. He said, “It’s so embarrassing that you’re texting everyone’s parents to see what we’re doing.” Melissa then joked, “It’s not embarrassing he doesn’t want us to connect. It’s like nature they want to separate the herd so they can take us out! [laughs].”
