Jada Pinkett Smith shared a photo and video of her newly shaved head on Instagram. Wearing a lime green sweatshirt, the actress poses confidently in an image with daughter Willow Smith and in the video, she moves her head from side to side, showing her new look and captioning both with the words,
“Willow made me do it because it was time to let go BUT… my 50’s are bout to be Divinely lit with this shed.”

The Red Table Talk (RTT) host shared in an episode in 2018 why she began sporting shorter hairdos more often, saying it was “alopecia.” She explained what happened to the co-hosts Adrienne Banfield-Norris (Gammy), and Willow.
“I was in the shower one day, and just handfuls of hair [was] just in my hands,” Jada said. “I was just like, ‘oh my God, am I going bald?’ It was one of those times in my life that I was literally shaking with fear.”
