Scarlett Johansson has made recent headlines for her lawsuit against Disney, but the actress has become a hot topic once more due to news that she is pregnant.

Speculations that Johansson was pregnant began back in July, but her husband Colin Jost confirmed the rumors on Instagram.

The SNL comedian shared a post with text that said, “Ok ok we had a baby.”

He then added that “privacy would be greatly appreciated.”

Page Six reported that in a recent stand-up show in Ridgefield Playhouse in Connecticut,  Jost reportedly said to the audience, “We’re having a baby, it’s exciting!” confirming that the couple was expecting their first child together.

Page Six‘s source said that the 36-year-old actress is “actually due soon.”

The couple remains private about their lives and the source had added that “Scarlett is pregnant but has been keeping it very quiet. She has been keeping a very low profile.”

Johansson’s absence from the premiere of “Black Widow” raised some questions and made fans speculate that it was because she was trying to hide her pregnancy.

The source told Page Six that, “She hasn’t been doing many interviews or events to promote Black Widow, which is surprising since it is a huge Marvel/Disney release and she is both the star and an executive producer.”
