It’s a hot girl summer! What exactly does that mean? And why are celebrities and women alike posting the caption?

Megan Thee Stallion, a Houston rapper started the trend. She clarified the meaning on Twitter so no one would jumble it up. 

“Being a Hot Girl is about being unapologetically YOU, having fun, being confident, living YOUR truth, being the life of the party etc,” she wrote. 

Jada Pinkett Smith officially joined the ‘hot girl summer’ wave and is killing it! She’s currently vacationing in Italy and Greece with her husband Will Smith and children Jaden and Willow. Pinkett uploaded a photo on Instagram with the caption, “‘I’LL take that joyful hot girl summer thank you?✨”  The Red Table Talk host is seen glowing in a green, two-piece Adriana Degreas  + Cult Gaia embellished tulle-paneled triangle bikini.

Megan Thee Stallion commented “yesssssss” followed by heart eyes emojis while other celebrities commented with fire emojis. 

Jada is definitely living a hot girl summer, as her photos remind us to stay radiant and happy.  Afterall, it’s all we need!
