Bindi Irwin, daughter of the late ‘Crocodile Hunter’ Steve Irwin, rejoiced on Instagram after reaching a week of motherhood.

Irwin and her husband Chandler Powell welcomed their beautiful daughter Grace into the world on March 25, 2021, which just so happens to be the date of the couple’s one-year wedding anniversary.

The 22-year-old wildlife conservationist took to social media to post pictures including herself, husband, and daughter to celebrate their first week as a family of three.

“Our perfect Grace Warrior is one week old,” she said. “This week has been filled with sweet snuggles and infinite love.”

During her initial birth announcement, Irwin explained the meaning of her daughter’s name.

She explained that their daughter is named after her great-grandmother and husband Chandler’s side of the family from the 1700s.

The middle names, Warrior Irwin, are homage to her father.
