Tia and Tamera Mowry Take Daughters to "The Little Mermaid" Premiere

Tia Mowry and Tamera Mowry-Housley showed up to the blue carpet with their mini-me’s for the world premiere of Disney’s “The Little Mermaid,” which stars singer and actress Halle Bailey.

The mother and daughter date night brought the twin sisters together with their daughters, 7-year-old Ariah Talea Housley and 5-year-old Cairo Tiahna Hardrict.

At the star-filled Hollywood event on Monday, Mowry, in a casual white t-shirt with a floral sequin miniskirt look complemented her daughter’s sparkly unicorn dress paired with a denim jacket. Mowry-Housley took a more formal approach in a blue ombré gown, while Ariah wore a light purple tulle dress.

Mowry, who is just as popular for her social media reels as her acting, shared her feelings about the live-action Disney remake in Instagram Stories and what it means for her daughter, “This is so special to us because it’s all about representation. You get to see a little mermaid that looks like you.”

Mowry and Mowry-Housley are busy working moms either filming in different parts of the world, managing businesses, or sharing family time with their millions of social media followers. Whatever the day, these two sisters remain close, passing the same bond down to their daughters.
