Tamar Braxton visited social media Saturday to thank her boyfriend, David Adefeso, for being her “angel on earth.” The singer posted the message a few weeks after Adefeso found Braxton unresponsive July 16 from a reported suicide attempt.
“Through this entire time, you have held my hand, heard my cries, held me when I have been weak. You have had my ENTIRE back!!”
Braxton,43, accompanied her words with a previous video of the couple talking about engagement. The ‘Get Ya Life’ star calls Adefeso and her 7-year-old son Logan who she shares with ex-husband Vincent Herbert “a priority.”
“Although I been said yes in this old video… now and then, I couldn’t imagine what life would be like if you weren’t by my side,” she wrote. “Thank God I’m here and thank God for you.”
To where Adefeso responded, “I love you. You love me. We love Logan. Together forever.” The entrepreneur added emojis, including a diamond ring.
Braxton took to social media after her hospitalization to talk more about her toxic relationship with WEtv. The network that made her and other sisters, Traci, Trina, and Towanda household names outside of their already famous older sibling Toni Braxton. WEtv in response says they have ended their relationship with the reality personality, but “Tamar Braxton: Get Ya Life” initially scheduled for July 30, but postponed until September 10, out of consideration for Braxton’s well-being will still air. The former talk-show host and Grammy-nominated singer most recently appeared on VH1’s “To Catch a Beautician,” a show that gives hairstylists another opportunity to undo the damage done to their client’s hair.
We continue to wish Braxton well on her road to recovery.
