MAJOR. says he is most looking forward to the Black Music Honors tributes Saturday that will recognize singing legends like En Vogue (Urban Music Icon Award) and Deborah Cox (Entertainer Icon Award). He will be performing as well when he debuts his new single “Doves Cry” for the first time at the awards show. The Black Music Honors celebrates artists who have made a significant contribution to African American music. Performers for the 2020 celebration include Musiq Soulchild, Raheem DeVaughn, Tweet, MAJOR., June’s Diary, Brian Courtney Wilson, D Smoke, Evvie McKinney, Marvin Sapp, RL, and Sheléa. Hosted by Rickey Smiley, the awards show airs Saturday, Nov. 21, on Bounce TV.
