Ciara Accepted into Harvard Business School

Ciara will soon be dancing on the grounds of an Ivy League University.

The “Level up” singer shared on Instagram she was accepted into the prestigious Harvard Business of Entertainment, Media and Sports program.

“I always dreamt of going to college, but by God’s grace, my music career took me on a path I’m so thankful for. This week I got accepted into Harvard! Words cannot describe my excitement!

 

Ciara Accepted into Harvard Business School

Ciara,33, recently released her ‘Beauty Mark’ album on May 10. Her already full life includes being a mom to two kids, son Future Zahir, 5, who she shares with ex Future, and daughter Sienna,2, who she shares with husband Russell Wilson. The married duo will soon launch Why Not You, a film, TV and media production company.

While attending school, she will be learning to “develop and execute more effective business strategies” and “debate and analyze the business and technology trends that are redefining the industry,” according to Harvard Business Schools site. Additionally, students “learn how to launch and manage creative products and portfolios more strategically.

This curriculum will be beneficial for Ciara whose multiple businesses include her entertainment company that bears the same name as her current (7th) studio album.  She thanked Harvard Business School Professor, Anita Elberse for the wonderful news. The businesswoman joins a list of other celebrities who attended Harvard; Tyra Banks, Conan O’Brien and Natalie Portman. Former President Barack Obama is a well-known grad and daughter, Malia is currently enrolled.
