The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kenya Moore announced her split from husband Marc Dalya few days after appearing together on a recent episode of the Tamron Hall show. Three days before the shocking announcement, Moore spoke very highly of her marriage. “At 46, I met the love of my life,” says the reality star, now 48. “And it just was, it was God. I can’t say that it was anything else.”

Marc Daly, 49, joined Moore on the Tamron Hall Show on September 16th to discuss the IVF treatments that the couple used to conceive their 10-month-old daughter Brooklyn. Usually the treatments aren’t as beneficial as it could be for one person versus another, but the idea of it does give hope to couples who have waited so long to start a family.

“It’s incredibly challenging because the success rate for these treatments is very low,” the restaurateur said on the show. “So there’s a lot of disappointment of expectations. You also have to be prepared for disappointment. So just being there, being supportive, being hopeful, and being positive and just being behind her was what it’s all about,” said Daly.

The two said ‘I do’ in June of 2017— and surprised fans with their sudden wedding. Fast forward, and Moore announced their split on Thursday, September 19th “It is with profound sadness that I regret to inform my fans that I am divorcing my husband, Marc Daly,” The reality star told US Weekly, “Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage. My sole concern and focus is and will always be my daughter, Brooklyn, my miracle baby. She was made in love and true commitment. I ask for our privacy to be respected moving forward.”
