Usher plans to reconnect with his fans in 2021 when he begins a Las Vegas residency there. The R&B singer and sometimes an actor will headline at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace, opening July 16 next year.
The eight-time Grammy Award-winner singer and dancer is looking forward to the experience.
“I have missed performing for my fans live and I am so excited to see them in Las Vegas,” he said in a statement. “My residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace will be full of surprises and an Usher experience like they’ve never seen or heard before!”
Usher joins a list of other top performers like Janet Jackson, Jennifer Lopez, Mariah Carey, and Celine Dion.
Ticket sales start Thursday, September 10, at 10 a.m. PT.
Usher will also become a new dad with girlfriend Jenn Goicoechea. He shares sons Naviyd Ely Raymond and Usher Raymond V with ex-wife Tameka Foster (2007-2009). He married Grace Harry years later, but the couple divorced in 2018.
