The week was filled with highs and lows and highs because we like to end the week on a good note.

If Age Ain’t Nothing but a Number was a picture, it would be of @ladyaudrey99, who posted to her Instagram the #breakingmyheart. Born in 1927, Lady Audrey says she is 99 and fine.

The mother of Nolan Xavier Wells, the Mississippi teen whose body was found days after his July 4 disappearance on a boating trip to Horn Island— after celebrating with friends, says ‘My heart will never be whole again.’ Christine and Elmore Wonsley, the parents of Wells continue to seek a fair and thorough investigation with their Attorney Ben Crump. With questions as to why their son, a college athlete with so much to look forward to… never returned home. His passing has sparked nationwide coverage. A service for 18 year-old Wells will be held at Center Pointe Church in Ocean Springs at 11 am on Monday, July 20.

TV fans remembered actor Hal Williams, who passed away June 15 at 91. Williams began his television career in his early 30s starring in popular sitcoms like Sanford & Son (Officer Smith “Smitty” 1972-1976), Harley Foster on (“The Waltons” 1973-1980), lovable sitcom dad, Lester Jenkins on (NBC “227” 1985-1990). His film credits include Private Benjamin (1980), Guess Who (2005), and Flight (2012) to name a few. Regina King, who played Williams’ daughter on 227 shared a tribute on her Instagram that ended with the words, “I love you. Live in peace, Dad. 🤎”
