Tokyo Olympics Schedule and the U.S. Event Times

The Tokyo Olympics kicked off on Friday morning where Naomi Osaka lit the Olympic cauldron. Here’s what U.S. events and athletes have to look out for.

Gymnastics– Men’s gymnastics will begin on Saturday and will be split into three subdivisions. Subdivision 1 will start at 9 p.m. EST, Subdivision 2 begins at 1:30 a.m. EST, and subdivision 3, which features U.S. gymnasts Brody Malone, Sam Mikulak, Yul Moldauer, Shane Wiskus, and Alec Yoder, starts at 6:30 a.m. EST.

Soccer– The U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team will play against New Zealand at 7:30 EST on Saturday.

Basketball– The United States women’s basketball team will face France at 4:55 a.m. EST

Swimming– Men’s and women’s swimming competitions will take place throughout the weekend.
