Martin Lawrence and Snoop Dogg to Star in New Political Drama “Game”

Martin Lawrence and Snoop Dogg will team up to play in the new Jerry Bruckheimer series Game, a political drama set in Washington, D.C. Lawrence is no stranger to play cop roles throughout his career. He and Will Smith made the “Bad Boy” franchise famous with Bruckheimer as a producer.

“From a story by Patrick Aison (Treadstone), Lawrence and Snoop Dogg, and teleplay by Aison, Game revolves around lifelong best friends Bobby and Dice, played by Lawrence and Snoop Dogg, who are running a high stakes game of personal favors and political intrigue in Washington D.C.” Lawrence and Snoop Dogg also co-wrote the series.

Lawrence is set to reprise his role as Marcus Barnett in Bad Boys 4— in the works. Snoop Dogg, along with his music “co-hosts Martha And Snoop’s Potluck Dinner Party, with Martha Stewart, which has aired for three seasons on VH1,” and recently he had a voice-over role in the Netflix animated comedy series F Is For Family.
