Comedian Kevin Hart and two others were involved in a car accident in Calabasas, California Sunday.

CNN obtained a report from the California Highway Patrol stating Hart and the driver, Jared Black suffered “major back injuries,” a third passenger, Rebecca Broxterman, Black’s fiance was uninjured. Black was not under the influence at the time of the crash, according to the report.

All were riding in Harts 1970 Plymouth Barracuda when Black lost control and caused the vehicle to run off the road and tumble down into an embankment. He and his fiance were confined to the automobile. Black was airlifted to UCLA and Broxterman was rescued by firefighters with no major injuries. Hart returned home to seek medical attention, and his wife Eniko Parrish said in an interview with TMZ on Monday, her husband was “going to be just fine.”
