Eva Longoria Shares her Secret Workout Routine

Eva Longoria flaunts her physique on social media after more than a year of having a post-baby body. The actress has bounced back into shape without skipping her workout routines, and the former star of Desperate Housewives shows almost no signs of recently given birth to her son Santiago back in June.

On Monday, Longoria gave away her secret to staying fit on social media with a video post.

“It’s Monday! Let’s go get it!” the 44-year-old added as a caption on her Instagram video. “Thank you @kellyrowland for the workout gear!!”


Eva is seen wearing an all-black fitted exercise sports gear set where her fans overflowed her page with positive comments, and messages. One wrote, “You look amazing! Keep at it.” Another added, “Looking amazing. Hard work pays off!” Followed up by a thoughtful commenter writing, “Eva, thank you for being such an inspiration to us other mommies who are struggling to get our post-baby bodies back!”

The actress says she is inspired by other celebrities like Jennifer Lopez. For Longoria, she stays fit with a strict diet consisting of protein and healthy snacks to keep her energy flowing during her workouts.
